 Description of RTD activities My activity in this project has been to explore peptides and amino acid present in milk products, i.e. ACE inhibitory in fermented milk products. The inhibitors that cause alergic reactions on children.
 Experiences in international Programmes I can make organization of all activity that is on my domain in my faculty, university.
I determineted the concentration of peptides, Ace inhibitory peptides who influence on alergic reaction you can faunded in the fermented milk dproducts. Also to invesigation on microbiological culture who they are present in that products who they make alergic in children.
